D\u00e9couvrez-la ici : Coupez l&rsquo;oignon en demi-lunes et \u00e9mincez les gousses d&rsquo;ail. Retirer la darne et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Augmentez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le feu et ajoutez le porto. Laissez cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le porto ait r\u00e9duit, en obtenant un m\u00e9lange cr\u00e9meux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e9par\u00e9ment, r\u00e2pez une pomme de terre \u00e9pluch\u00e9e et faites-la frire dans une po\u00eale avec un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. \u00c9miettez et \u00e9mincez la morue. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque le porto est presque enti\u00e8rement \u00e9vapor\u00e9, retirez du feu et ajoutez la morue \u00e9miett\u00e9e. Ajoutez les pommes de terre frites, la coriandre hach\u00e9e et m\u00e9langez le tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour dresser vos assiettes, vous pouvez ajouter des frites et de la coriandre hach\u00e9e.
