{"id":6562,"date":"2021-05-23T17:07:47","date_gmt":"2021-05-23T16:07:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/receitas\/bacalhau-a-gomes-de-sa-2\/"},"modified":"2024-03-08T15:20:45","modified_gmt":"2024-03-08T15:20:45","slug":"morue-a-la-gomes-de-sa-2","status":"publish","type":"receitas","link":"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/fr\/recettes\/morue-a-la-gomes-de-sa-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Morue \u00e0 la Gomes de S\u00e1"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Le conseil d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui est une recette traditionnelle et savoureuse de morue: la Morue \u00e0 la Gomes de S\u00e1 avec de la morue pr\u00eate \u00e0 \u00eatre cuisin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commencez \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer la morue de Gomes de S\u00e1 en <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/fr\/la-morue\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">d\u00e9congelant les tranches de morue<\/a> et en les faisant cuire dans un grand volume d&rsquo;eau pendant 5 \u00e0 6 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enlever la peau et les ar\u00eates et \u00e9miettez-la en gros copeaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavez et faites cuire les <strong>pommes de terre avec la peau coup\u00e9e en deux dans de l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e<\/strong>. \u00c9goutter l&rsquo;eau, laisser refroidir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, retirer la peau et couper en larges tranches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9mincer <strong>l&rsquo;oignon et hacher l&rsquo;ail et les faire revenir dans l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/strong>. Ensuite, ajoutez les morceaux de morue et m\u00e9langez le tout.
