Saupoudrez-les de sel et laissez-les reposer pendant 40 \u00e0 50 minutes pour qu&rsquo;ils perdent leur eau. Retirez l&rsquo;exc\u00e9dent de sel et s\u00e9chez-le avec un chiffon. Faites frire les tranches \u00addans l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, laissez-les \u00e9goutter \u00adsur du papier absorbant d\u00e8s qu&rsquo;\u00adelles sont dor\u00e9es\u00ad, et coupez-les en petits cubes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez la morue, la feta (d\u00e9j\u00e0 vendue en cubes), un peu plus d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, le jus de citron, l&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9 \u00adet passez le tout au mixeur jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit hach\u00e9 (pas en p\u00e2te). Ajoutez l&rsquo;aubergine, plus d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, et cette fois-ci, laissez le \u00adm\u00e9lange devenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne. Ajustez l&rsquo;assaisonnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ouvrez le haut des tomates, pelez-les avec une cuill\u00e8re et remplissez-les avec le m\u00e9lange.
