Une recette pratique et d\u00e9licieuse. La morue Riberalves, pr\u00eate \u00e0 \u00eatre savour\u00e9e !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>\u00c9pluchez le manioc et, toujours \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide du couteau, retirez la couche interm\u00e9diaire fibreuse situ\u00e9e juste en dessous de l&rsquo;\u00e9corce.<\/li><li>Coupez le manioc en d\u00e9s et assaisonnez avec du poivre noir, du sel et de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-verse\">NOTE : au lieu du manioc, vous pouvez utiliser de la patate douce ou, si vous essayez de r\u00e9duire les glucides, vous pouvez toujours remplacer le manioc par des d\u00e9s de courgette et de navet. C'est beaucoup plus l\u00e9ger et le go\u00fbt est incroyable.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"3\"><li>Apr\u00e8s avoir assaisonn\u00e9 le manioc, r\u00e9partissez-le sur un plateau de four ou sur du papier sulfuris\u00e9 et faites-le cuire \u00e0 180\u00baC pendant environ 20 minutes. R\u00e9server.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-verse\">REMARQUE : pour aider le manioc \u00e0 bien cuire, vous pouvez lui donner une petite \"entaille\" avant d'aller au four, pendant environ 5 minutes dans de l'eau bouillante.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"4\"><li>Dans une casserole d&rsquo;eau, faites cuire les longes de Morue Pr\u00eate \u00e0 \u00eatre Cuisin\u00e9e pendant environ 7 minutes.<\/li><li>Retirez-les de l&rsquo;eau, laissez-les refroidir, enlevez la peau et les ar\u00eates et \u00e9miettez-la en copeaux dans un r\u00e9cipient s\u00e9par\u00e9.<\/li><li>Lavez le chou-fleur et s\u00e9parez-le en bouquets.<\/li><li>Dans une po\u00eale, faite<a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/fr\/la-morue\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">s cuire le c<\/a>hou-fleur dans de la boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale d&rsquo;avoine [vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser une boisson de riz ou d\u2019amandes].<\/li><li>Assaisonnez avec du beurre de ghee ou un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, du poivre noir, de la noix de muscade, des gouttes de citron et du sel selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/li><li>Laissez cuire pendant environ 10 minutes ou suffisamment longtemps pour que le chou-fleur devienne tendre.<\/li><li>A la fin, ajoutez 2-3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;eau de cuisson de la morue et m\u00e9langez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une cr\u00e8me blanche soyeuse et homog\u00e8ne. Ajustez l&rsquo;assaisonnement et la texture si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li><li>Dans une po\u00eale, faites revenir l&rsquo;oignon et les gousses d&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9es avec une feuille de laurier.<\/li><li>Ajoutez la morue et m\u00e9langez.<\/li><li>Ajouter le manioc r\u00f4ti, la sauce blanche et m\u00e9langez.<\/li><li>Versez un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans un r\u00e9cipient allant au four [pour qu&rsquo;il ne colle pas].<\/li><li>Versez le m\u00e9lange pr\u00e9par\u00e9 dans le r\u00e9cipient \u00ab\u00a0graiss\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, saupoudrez de levure nutritionnelle, de graines de lin moulues et mettez au four \u00e0 180\u00baC \u00e0 gratiner.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-verse\">REMARQUE : vous pouvez saupoudrer de fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 et faire cuire au four pour obtenir un gratin. Si vous aimez le fromage, c'est TOP.
