Bon app\u00e9tit !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hachez les oignons et les carottes et faites-les revenir dans l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de beurre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9miettez la morue, \u00e9miettez le pain et enduisez-les \u00ad\u00e9galement d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive (s\u00e9par\u00e9ment).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites une cr\u00e8me en m\u00e9langeant le lait froid, la farine, le reste du beurre, les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs et assaisonnez \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt avec du sel et de la noix de muscade. Laissez \u00e9paissir, ajoutez deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et divisez la sauce en deux parties. M\u00e9langez une partie \u00e0 l&rsquo;oignon et \u00e0 la carotte, et l&rsquo;autre \u00e0 la morue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un plat \u00e0 four, placez d&rsquo;abord la cr\u00e8me avec la carotte, puis la cr\u00e8me avec la morue \u00adet le pain.
