On se pr\u00e9pare ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9congeler les <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/fr\/la-morue\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">longes de morue <\/a>et les faire cuire dans une grande quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau pendant environ 5 \u00e0 7 minutes (selon la hauteur des longes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, \u00e9gouttez bien, retirez la peau et les ar\u00eates et coupez-les grossi\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites ramollir l&rsquo;oignon et l&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Ajoutez ensuite les tomates finement hach\u00e9es et le piment frais (avec ou sans les graines, selon le degr\u00e9 de piquant que vous aimez) et faites cuire pendant 6 \u00e0 8 minutes, en remuant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez ensuite le paprika, remuez, puis les c\u0153urs de palmier coup\u00e9s en demi-lunes et les olives coup\u00e9es en quartiers. Remuez doucement, ajoutez la chapelure de crevettes, assaisonnez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement de sel et de poivre noir fra\u00eechement moulu et faites cuire pendant 1 minute juste pour enrober les saveurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, ajoutez les flocons de morue, le jus de citron vert, la ciboulette et la coriandre hach\u00e9e, un l\u00e9ger filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, m\u00e9langez le tout et \u00e9teignez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versez le m\u00e9lange pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent dans un pot en terre cuite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Battez les blancs d&rsquo;\u0153ufs avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel, puis ajoutez les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs un par un et battez \u00e0 faible vitesse, juste pour tout enrober. Disposez la mousse d&rsquo;\u0153uf sur le m\u00e9lange de morue et faites cuire dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant environ 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Votre tarte \u00e0 la morue de Capixaba est pr\u00eate.
