Jetez un coup d&rsquo;\u0153il !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une casserole, versez l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, l&rsquo;oignon, le poivron et l&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9s et la feuille de laurier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites chauffer \u00e0 feu doux et d\u00e8s que l&rsquo;oignon devient translucide, ajoutez les 4 tomates coup\u00e9es en morceaux. Laissez cuire (environ 20 minutes, ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt) en ajoutant progressivement de l&rsquo;eau, si n\u00e9cessaire. Lorsqu&rsquo;il est presque pr\u00eat, ajoutez le basilic selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s refroidissement, retirez la feuille de laurier et passez au mixeur plongeant (si vous voulez une sauce plus fine, vous pouvez la filtrer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9glez le four \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s.
