Allez-vous essayer cette recette ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9congelez la morue, nettoyez-la et \u00e9miettez-la.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versez de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une po\u00eale et ajoutez-y l&rsquo;oignon et l&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9s. Une fois que l&rsquo;oignon devient tendre, ajoutez la morue et le brocoli. Assaisonnez avec de la noix de muscade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la cuisson de la morue, m\u00e9langez bien avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois, afin que la <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/fr\/la-morue\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">morue <\/a>et le brocoli soient bien r\u00e9duits en petits morceaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puis vous pouvez ajouter la farine, suivie du lait, petit \u00e0 petit, en remuant bien. Une fois que le m\u00e9lange bout, ajoutez du persil hach\u00e9 et laissez refroidir la p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9glez le four \u00e0 185 degr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Graissez deux ramequinsavec de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et de la farine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Battez les blancs d&rsquo;\u0153ufs et incorporez-les d\u00e9licatement dans la p\u00e2te.
