Assaisonnez-la avec de l&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9 et faites-la griller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langez les pois chiches, les graines de chanvre, le curcuma et le paprika avec une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disposez-les sur un plateau de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et faites-les cuire au four \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s pendant environ 30 minutes (ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient cuites et croustillantes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Juste avant que la <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/fr\/la-morue\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">morue <\/a>ne soit cuite, saupoudrez-la d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange de flocons, de persil et d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites cuire pendant quelques minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires.
