Allons-nous pr\u00e9parer une magnifique Farofa de morue&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9congeler la morue effil\u00e9e, la rincer \u00e0 l\u2019eau froide, bien l\u2019\u00e9goutter et la faire sauter dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive avec 1 gousse d\u2019ail hach\u00e9e pendant 5 \u00e0 7 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Couper le lard fum\u00e9 en petits cubes et les faire revenir dans une sauteuse jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient croustillants. Enlever et r\u00e9server les lardons. Dans la sauteuse, ajouter le beurre et une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive \u00e0 la graisse de cuisson des lardons. Laisser fondre l\u2019oignon finement hach\u00e9 \u00e0 feu doux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter ensuite la farine de manioc, saler et poivrer, puis la faire cuire en remuant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit dor\u00e9e et croustillante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter \u00e0 la farofa (farine de manioc saut\u00e9e) la morue saut\u00e9e et les lardons, puis m\u00e9langer le tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire revenir le chou dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive avec 1 gousse d\u2019ail hach\u00e9e, salez.
