Et si on pr\u00e9parait cette recette ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9congelez la morue, retirez la peau, les ar\u00eates et effilez. Programmez votre four \u00e0 190 degr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une casserole, versez l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et ajoutez-y le piment doux, le curcuma, les herbes s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, l&rsquo;oignon et l&rsquo;ail \u00e9minc\u00e9s.<br>Laissez mijoter quelques minutes et ajoutez la chayotte \u00e9minc\u00e9e, le poireau coup\u00e9 en rondelles et la carotte (coup\u00e9e comme des spaghettis).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez un peu d&rsquo;eau chaude et apr\u00e8s avoir fait bouillir pendant environ 5 minutes, ajoutez la morue.<br>Attendez 5 minutes de plus, transvasez le m\u00e9lange dans un plat (si le m\u00e9lange est beaucoup trop liquide, \u00e9vitez de le versez dans un plat). Saupoudrez de persil hach\u00e9, de fromage et de flocons de ma\u00efs avant de mettre au four pendant environ 15 minutes (ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le fromage fonde).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>La morue de Janvier est pr\u00eate.
