Disposez-les sur une plaque de cuisson avec de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et tournez les longes de <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/linha\/consumo-no-lar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">morue<\/a> pour qu&rsquo;elles s&rsquo;impr\u00e8gnent d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s. La peau doit \u00eatre en bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un mortier, broyez grossi\u00e8rement les poivres et les herbes s\u00e9ch\u00e9es et r\u00e9partissez le m\u00e9lange sur les longes, en appuyant bien.&nbsp; Faites-les cuire au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 C pendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la morue s&rsquo;effiloche en copeaux).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9pluchez le manioc, coupez-le en quartiers dans le sens de la longueur pour enlever le filament du milieu puis coupez-le en d\u00e9s. Ensuite, \u00e9gouttez en laissant l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent d&rsquo;une tasse \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau de cuisson du manioc dans la casserole et \u00e9crasez le manioc avec un presse-pur\u00e9e ou une fourchette jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une pur\u00e9e lisse, en ajoutant plus d&rsquo;eau de cuisson si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langez bien le safran en poudre avec le lait de coco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites revenir dans un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive l&rsquo;oignon finement hach\u00e9, ajoutez la pur\u00e9e de manioc et le lait de coco avec le safran.
