Prendrez-vous une part ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9congelez les <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/linha\/consumo-no-lar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tranches de morue<\/a>, s\u00e9chez-les bien avec du papier absorbant et faites-les revenir dans de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive chaude 4 \u00e0 5 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. Laissez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement refroidir, retirez la peau et les ar\u00eates et effilez en copeaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coupez le pain en d\u00e9s d&rsquo;environ 1 cm et faites-le tremper dans 250 ml d&rsquo;eau pendant environ 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9pluchez le concombre et coupez-le en d\u00e9s.
