Escorra bem e seque com papel-toalha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disponha as rodelas de berinjela em uma assadeira forrada com papel manteiga e leve ao forno preaquecido a 180 \u00b0C por 10 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em uma panela, aque\u00e7a o azeite e refogue a cebola e o alho picados em peda\u00e7os finos. Depois, acrescente o tomate picado (sem pele) e o extrato de tomate, tempere com sal e pimenta do reino mo\u00edda na hora e cozinhe por 7 a 8 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bata tudo com um mixer, acrescente o or\u00e9gano e cozinhe por mais 2 a 3 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retire as rodelas de berinjela do forno, distribua o molho de tomate sobre elas, coloque uma bochecha de bacalhau sobre cada rodela, polvilhe com o queijo parmes\u00e3o ralado, regue com um fio de azeite e leve novamente ao forno a 180 \u00b0C por 10 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retire do forno, salpique com cebolinha picada e sirva imediatamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":15826,"template":"","categories":[79],"colecoes":[337],"tipos-bacalhau":[],"class_list":["post-15825","receitas","type-receitas","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-entradas-e-petiscos-pt-br","colecoes-primavera-verao-pt-br"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
