Pique os arandos e os pist\u00e1cios grosseiramente e misture com uma colher de caf\u00e9 de azeite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coloque os lombos em uma assadeira, sem sobrepor, regue com um fio de azeite e asse em forno pr\u00e9-aquecido a 180\u00b0C por 25 minutos. Quando faltarem cerca de 10 minutos, distribua a mistura de arandos e pist\u00e1cios sobre cada lombo e leve ao forno por mais 10 minutos aproximadamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em outra assadeira, distribua os floretes de couve-flor e br\u00f3colis, tempere com sal e pimenta-do-reino mo\u00edda na hora.
