Depois de descongelado, coloque-o em uma assadeira com os tomates-cereja ao redor. Tempere apenas os tomates com sal e pimenta-do-reino mo\u00edda na hora, regue tudo com um fio de azeite e leve ao forno preaquecido a 180 \u00b0C por 25 minutos (coloque no forno na metade do tempo das batatas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lave bem as batatas. Coloque cada batata no sentido do comprimento entre dois palitos de madeira (ou algo com espessura semelhante) e fa\u00e7a cortes em fatias finas, sem ir at\u00e9 o final, para que n\u00e3o se separem completamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lave novamente cada batata para retirar parte do amido do interior. Separe levemente as fatias e coloque pitadas de sal entre elas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em uma tigela, misture 6 colheres de sopa de azeite, a p\u00e1prica, o alho em p\u00f3, 1 colher de sopa de ervas de Provence e pimenta-do-reino mo\u00edda na hora. Pincele o interior das fatias das batatas com essa mistura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disponha as batatas em uma assadeira forrada com papel manteiga, deixando espa\u00e7o entre elas. Polvilhe mais ervas de Provence e folhas de alecrim, regue com um fio de azeite e distribua pequenos peda\u00e7os de manteiga por cima. Leve ao forno preaquecido a 180 \u00b0C por 50 minutos a 1 hora.
