Quando levantar fervura, conte 10 minutos e retire o bacalhau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em outra panela, refogue a cebola picada no azeite at\u00e9 ficar macia. Acrescente o tomate picado (sem pele) e a folha de louro, e cozinhe por 2 a 3 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adicione os piment\u00f5es cortados em tiras (sem sementes nem partes brancas) e refogue por 1 minuto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coloque o arroz, tempere com sal e mexa at\u00e9 os gr\u00e3os ficarem levemente transparentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acrescente 300 ml de \u00e1gua quente (adicione mais durante o cozimento, se necess\u00e1rio) e cozinhe at\u00e9 o arroz ficar macio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajuste o sal, desligue o fogo, retire o louro e misture a salsinha picada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sirva o bacalhau com um fio de azeite por cima, salpicado com salsinha, acompanhado do arroz de piment\u00f5es e salada de alface.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":16070,"template":"","categories":[197],"colecoes":[337],"tipos-bacalhau":[248],"class_list":["post-16084","receitas","type-receitas","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-de-conforto-pt-br","colecoes-primavera-verao-pt-br","tipos-bacalhau-postas-pt-br"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Bacalhau com arroz de piment\u00f5es - Riberalves<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Na Riberalves, sabemos que o segredo de um grande prato come\u00e7a na cura perfeita.
