Retira as postas diretamente da embalagem e coloque-as ainda congeladas na panela com o fogo ligado. Assim que levantar fervura conte 10 minutos e retire imediatamente.<br>Deixe escorrer bem a \u00e1gua e esfriar.<br>Limpe as peles e as espinhas do bacalhau.<br>Descasque e pique as cebolas e os alhos.<br>Coloque uma frigideira no fogo com azeite e adicione as cebolas e os alhos, v\u00e1 mexendo de vez em quando.<br>De seguida, acrescente o bacalhau, tempere com sal e pimenta e misture.<br>Numa picadora coloque a farofa, o miolo de noz e as t\u00e2maras descaro\u00e7adas e pique bem.
