Vamos preparar? Descongele o bacalhau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retire a pele e as espinhas e pese 250g e coza-o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desfie-o muito bem. Coza a batata e a cenoura, em peda\u00e7os, escorras bem e transforme-a em pur\u00e9.  Numa ta\u00e7a misture todos os ingredientes: o bacalhau, o pur\u00e9 de legumes, a quinoa e os temperos, amassando com as m\u00e3os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Molde o bolinhos e disponha num tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal.
