Que tal?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Corte a cebola em juliana, corte 100g de nabo em cubos, lamine 50g da rama de aipo e por fim, lamine o alho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retire as espinhas laterais e centrais aos lombos de bacalhau. Lave a m\u00e3o de vitela em \u00e1gua abundante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Num tacho, coloque o azeite e adicione a cebola, o nabo em cubos, o aipo laminado e a salsa, a seguir salteie por 2 a 3 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adicione o alho laminado, o louro e a m\u00e3o de vitela salteando at\u00e9 os legumes e a m\u00e3o de vitela estarem ligeiramente tostados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cubra o preparado com \u00e1gua e cozinhe em lume brando por 30 minutos ap\u00f3s levantar fervura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retire a m\u00e3o de vitela e filtre o caldo.
