Com o lume bem alto, refresque com o vinho branco. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deixe evaporar um pouco, reduza o lume e adicione a polpa de tomate.<br>Adicione a seguir o feij\u00e3o encarnado j\u00e1 cozido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deixe cozinhar um pouco mais e retifique de Sal, eventualmente a\u00e7\u00facar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O lombo de bacalhau deve ser cozinhado \u00e0 parte, em \u00e1gua a ferver. Coloque o lombo, cerca de 8 a 10 min em lume brando, ap\u00f3s levantar fervura. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sirva num prato fundo, com o chili na base e o lombo ao centro.
