Depois escorra o bacalhau, deixe-o amornar, rejeite-lhe a pele e as espinhas e lasque-o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arranje e lave os br\u00f3colos, corte-os em raminhos, leve-os a cozer em \u00e1gua temperada com sal deixando-os \u201cal dente\u201d e escorra-os. Descasque e lave as cenouras, corte-as em palitos e leve-as tamb\u00e9m a cozer em \u00e1gua temperada de sal deixando-as \u201cal dente\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lave as courgettes, retire-lhes as extremidades e corte-as em palitos. Arranje os cogumelos e lamine-os. Descasque e lave a cebola e os dentes de alho, corte as cebolas em meias luas e pique os alhos. Numa frigideira, aque\u00e7a o azeite, junte a cebola e os alhos e deixe refogar at\u00e9 a cebola ficar macia. Adicione a courgette e os cogumelos e deixe saltear mais um pouco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Junte a cenoura e os br\u00f3colos, deixe saltear muito bem, adicione o bacalhau e o molho de soja, envolva e deixe cozinhar mais 2 ou 3 minutos.
