Cozinhe 4min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deixe arrefecer e lasque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Num recipiente resistente ao calor coloque as gemas, a \u00e1gua e o sumo de lim\u00e3o. Mexa at\u00e9 formar bolhinhas. Cozinhe em banho maria mexendo sempre at\u00e9 engrossar, acrescente a manteiga pouco a pouco mexendo sempre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retire do banho maria e tempere com pimenta.
