Vamos preparar? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coza as <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalveslojaonline.pt\/produtos\/36-posta-tradicional.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">postas de bacalhau<\/a>&nbsp;num tacho com \u00e1gua e a folha de louro. Depois escorra, retire as peles e espinhas, lasque o bacalhau e reserve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Descasque e lave as cenouras, as cebolas, os dentes de alho e o pimento. Rale as cenouras, corte o pimento ao meio, retire-lhe as pevides e peles brancas e corte-o em tiras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Corte as cebolas em meias luas e pique os alhos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Numa tigela bata os ovos com o leite, tempere com uma pitada de pimenta e reserve. Aque\u00e7a o azeite num tacho, junte a cebola, o pimento e os dentes de alho e deixe refogar muito bem at\u00e9 que fiquem douradinhos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adicione depois a cenoura e deixe refogar mais um pouco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Corte o presunto em tiras e junte ao tacho. Adicione <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/pt-br\/o-bacalhau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bacalhau<\/a> e as batatas e envolva muito bem.
