Leve ao lume uma panela com \u00e1gua e deixe ferver. De seguida coloque os <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalveslojaonline.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">lombos de bacalhau RIBERALVES<\/a> e quando a \u00e1gua voltar a levantar fervura desligue o lume e deixe o bacalhau a cozinhar durante 9 minutos.<br><br>Descasque e pique a cebola. Numa frigideira coloque o azeite, adicione a cebola e o alho descascado e deixe refogar. Adicione o gr\u00e3o e envolva. Retire o preparado, coloque num robot de cozinha e triture at\u00e9 obter a textura de pur\u00e9. Retire e reserve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coloque a frigideira ao lume e, se necess\u00e1rio, adicione mais azeite e salteie os espinafres. Retire e reserve.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.Descasque a manga, corte-a em cubos e saltei-a numa frigideira com a manteiga. Retire o preparado, coloque num robot e triture at\u00e9 obter a textura de molho. Adicione a malagueta e o cebolinho, picados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Num prato, disponha o pur\u00e9, os espinafres e, para finalizar, o bacalhau RIBERALVES.
