Leve o tacho ao lume e, quando levantar fervura, conte 5 a 6 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retire de imediato o tacho do lume e mantenha o bacalhau Riberalves no tacho durante 9 minutos. Escorra e reserve.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Descasque, lave e corte a batata-doce em cubos. Leve ao lume um tacho com \u00e1gua, coloque a batata-doce e deixe cozer. Reserve a \u00e1gua.<br><br>Aproveite a \u00e1gua da batata-doce para fazer uma pr\u00e9-cozedura da ab\u00f3bora durante 3 minutos. Retire a ab\u00f3bora e reserve.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Corte o milho com a espessura de 3 cent\u00edmetros e grelhe com a ab\u00f3bora, pincelando tudo com azeite.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lasque o bacalhau Riberalves rejeitando as espinhas e as peles. Numa ta\u00e7a, envolva o bacalhau Riberalves lascado com a batata-doce, a maionese, a lima e as ervas frescas.
