Depois de descongeladas, tempere as Postas Tradicionais de Bacalhau Riberalves<\/a><\/strong> com os alhos laminados, o azeite, o vinho branco e as folhas de louro. Reserve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Derreta a manteiga num tachinho, adicione a farinha e deixe cozinhar durante 1 minuto, mexendo. Acrescente as natas lentamente, mexendo com uma vara de arames para n\u00e3o ganhar grumos, e deixe espessar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Junte os  grelos, previamente lavados e cortados em pequenos peda\u00e7os, e deixe cozinhar at\u00e9 ficarem tenros. De seguida, triture tudo com a varinha m\u00e1gica. Tempere com sal, pimenta e noz-moscada e mexa. Se ficar muito l\u00edquido, deixe cozinhar por mais alguns minutos, em lume baixo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coloque as batatas num tabuleiro, envolvidas numa boa camada de sal, e leve ao forno, pr\u00e9-aquecido a 180\u00baC, por cerca de 35 minutos. Transfira o bacalhau e a marinada para outro tabuleiro e leve tamb\u00e9m ao forno durante 20 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disponha o esparregado de grelos num prato e coloque as postas de bacalhau por cima. Retire o excesso de sal \u00e0s batatas, esmague-as ligeiramente e sirva tudo de imediato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
