Confere aqui a receita e bom apetite!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Descongele os lombos de bacalhau e cozinhe no leite entre 6 a 8 minutos aproximadamente (depois de pegar o ponto de ebuli\u00e7\u00e3o). Escorra bem o bacalhau e coloque numa assadeira com a pele para baixo, reservando o leite da sua cozedura.<\/p>\n<p>Descasque as batatas e cozinhe na \u00e1gua com sal. Depois, deixe escorrer bem, fa\u00e7a um pur\u00ea, acrescente o leite onde o bacalhau foi cozido at\u00e9 dar a consist\u00eancia desejada de um pur\u00ea cremoso. Junte a manteiga, tempere com pimenta preta e noz moscada a gosto e misture muito bem.<\/p>\n<p>Deixei dourar no azeite as cebolas cortadas em meias-luas e o alho picado. Depois acrescente 1 dl do leite da cozedura do bacalhau e a folha de louro. Tempere com sal e pimenta preta mo\u00edda na hora e cozinhe por mais 2 a 3 minutos depois de come\u00e7ar a ferver, mexendo. A seguir, distribua a cebola pela parte de cima dos lombos de bacalhau.<\/p>\n<p>Coloque o pur\u00ea de batata num saco de pasteleiro e espalhe \u00e0 volta dos lombos de bacalhau.
