Pronto a cozinhar, pronto a saber bem!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Descongele o bacalhau, tire a pele e as espinhas e lasque-o. Hidrate a linha\u00e7a e a curcuma com oito colheres de sopa de \u00e1gua (reserve pelo menos 15 minutos antes de usar). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lave, descasque e corte a cenoura e o chuchu em palitos finos. Coloque o azeite num tacho, junte o alho e a cebola. Sempre em lume brando, quando a cebola ficar transl\u00facida adicione a cenoura e o chuchu. Deixe cozinhar cerca de 10 minutos e misture o bacalhau. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando o bacalhau estiver quase pronto envolva a linha\u00e7a hidratada com a curcuma e salsa picada. Cozinhou mais 5 minutos (ou at\u00e9 ficar a gosto).&nbsp;Sirva quente com azeitonas pretas.
