Prepare uma massa, juntando a manteiga, uma pitada de sal, a farinha e os ovos, e deixe-a repousar no frigor\u00edfico durante pelo menos 1 hora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estenda a massa com um rolo at\u00e9 ficar com a grossura de uma casca de laranja. Unte uma forma de ir ao forno com manteiga, forre com 2\/3 da massa e cubra a parte lateral com o presunto cru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coza o bacalhau em \u00e1gua a ferver por 5 minutos. Escorra e reserve o caldo. Cozinhe as cebolas picadas no caldo do bacalhau.<\/a> Escorra-as e misture-as com o bacalhau. Adicione as azeitonas pretas cortadas \u00e0s rodelas finas. Coza os ovos e corte-os em gomos. Frite o chouri\u00e7o (ou a lingui\u00e7a) no azeite. Disponha os ingredientes na assadeira, polvilhe com sal, pimenta e cubra com a restante massa, pincelando a parte de cima com as gemas. Pr\u00e9-aque\u00e7a o forno a 200 \u00baC e deixe cozer por 30 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
