Est\u00e1 pronto!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">*Sugest\u00e3o v\u00e1lida para um lombo com cerca de 250g<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retirar da \u00e1gua e reservar em um prato. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em uma frigideira alta, colocar um pouco azeite e refogar a cebola, as lascas de alho com a folha de louro.
