Desta forma \u00e9 mais f\u00e1cil retirar as folhas sem que se partam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Distribua o bacalhau lascado por 4 folhas de couve e enrole-as, de modo a ciar forma de trouxas. Coza a vapor com \u00e1gua aromatizada com folhas de louro, 15 a 20 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entretanto, prepare o arroz: num tacho coloque o azeite, o alho e a cebola e, sempre em lume brando, assim que a cebola ficar transl\u00facida junte o tomate, a polpa e o arroz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adicione o dobro da \u00e1gua (em rala\u00e7\u00e3o ao arroz) e deixe cozinhar.
