Espreita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coloque um tacho com \u00e1gua ao lume, adicione o bacalhau e deixe cozinhar durante 8 minutos, retire e limpe de pele e espinhas, reserve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Descasque e pique as cebolas e os alhos. Coloque uma frigideira ao lume com metade&nbsp; do azeite e adicione as cebolas e os alhos e deixe alourar, mexendo de vez em quando. Leve ao forno pr\u00e9 aquecido a 180\u00baC, durante 15 minutos ou at\u00e9 que fique douradinho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E j\u00e1 est\u00e1 o bacalhau com broa e frutos secos.
