Est\u00e1 pronto!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">*Sugest\u00e3o v\u00e1lida para um lombo com cerca de 250g<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Descongele o bacalhau, tire a pele e as espinhas e desfie-o. Cozinhe os car\u00e1s em \u00e1gua abundante (com a pele), deixe esfriar ligeiramente e descasque-os. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coloque o azeite numa panela, seguido do alho, da cebola, da cenoura e do tomate.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deixe cozinhar, em fogo baixo, at\u00e9 estarem macio e a maior parte do l\u00edquido evaporar. Nessa altura, misture o bacalhau e desligue aprox. 2 minutos depois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Num liquidificador (ou com uma varinha m\u00e1gica) transforme os car\u00e1s em pur\u00ea, junto com a bebida vegetal e a noz moscada a gosto.
