Coloque o bacalhau ainda congelado submerso em \u00e1gua num tacho ao lume. Ap\u00f3s levantar fervura conte 10 minutos e retire o bacalhau, retire pele e espinhas e desfie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>. Num processador de cozinha pique a cebola, a salsa e 2 c. de sopa de azeite. Acrescente o gr\u00e3o, as azeitonas e uma pitada de sal e triture novamente. A seguir, junte tudo numa ta\u00e7a com o bacalhau desfiado, acrescente o p\u00e3o ralado e misture bem.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>. Divida a mistura em 4 bolas, molde em forma de hamb\u00farguer e cozinhe numa frigideira antiaderente com um fio de azeite 2 a 3 minutos de cada lado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>. Para o molho: misture bem o iogurte grego com o ketchup e uma pitada de flor de sal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>. Coloque folhas de alface na metade de baixo dos bolos do caco, em cima o hamb\u00farguer de bacalhau e molho.
