A dica da nutricionistas \u00c1gata Roquette \u00e9 f\u00e1cil de preparar e saud\u00e1vel: Batata-doce recheada com bacalhau. Espreita!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Retire o conte\u00fado da batata-doce (poder\u00e1 coloca-la por 2 min no micro-ondas para facilitar) e tamb\u00e9m pode aproveitar para fazer pur\u00e9 de batata-doce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Retire os lombos ainda congelados da embalagem, coloque-os submersos em \u00e1gua e deixe ferver. Conte 10 minutos ap\u00f3s levantar fervura. Retire de imediato e desfa\u00e7a em lascas. Salteie 1\/2 cebola e 1\/2 alho franc\u00eas num fiozinho de azeite.  Junte as lascas de bacalhau. Coloque o refogado dentro da batata-doce e leve ao forno at\u00e9 a batata assar e corar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coza umas couves de Bruxelas para acompanhar . Tempere com or\u00e9g\u00e3os ou ervas Provence por cima. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
