Descongele previamente o bacalhau no frigor\u00edfico. Ap\u00f3s descongelado, seque muito bem com papel absorvente. Unte os lombos com azeite e disponha com a pele para baixo numa assadeira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>. Corte 1 laranja e 1 lim\u00e3o em rodelas finas, corte as rodelas em metades e disponha sobre os lombos e em seu redor. Regue com 1 fio de azeite e leve ao forno pr\u00e9-aquecido a 180\u00b0 C por 25 minutos aproximadamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>. Corte as folhas de alface em juliana, corte 2 laranjas em gomos, pique as t\u00e2maras e misture tudo com as folhas de espinafres numa saladeira. Tempere de azeite, sumo de lim\u00e3o e flor de sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.
