Bom apetite!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Descongele as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/bacalhauriberalves_br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">postas de bacalhau<\/a>, passe por \u00e1gua fria corrente, seque bem com papel toalha e salteie em azeite com o alho esmagado por 3 a 4 min. de cada lado. Retire a pele e as espinhas e lasque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com um descascador de cenouras retire parte da casca dos pepinos, corte ao meio no sentido longitudinal e depois novamente ao meio e, com a ajuda de uma colher de sobremesa, retire as sementes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Corte em cubinhos os pimentos e pique a cebola e o cebolinho. Numa saladeira, misture tudo com as folhas de agri\u00e3o e as lascas de bacalhau, e tempere de azeite, vinagre, sal e pimenta.
