Para preparar uma Ab\u00f3bora recheada com Bacalhau Riberalves \u00e9 f\u00e1cil. Confira aqui a receita completa! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Descongele as postas de bacalhau<\/a>, passe por \u00e1gua fria corrente, seque bem e coloque numa travessa com azeite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coloque no forno pr\u00e9-aquecido a 200\u00b0 C por 15 min. aprox. (ao mesmo tempo que a ab\u00f3bora, retirando antes do tempo e deixando a ab\u00f3bora no forno mais 30 min. aprox.). Deixe as postas de bacalhau<\/a> esfriarem, retire a pele e as espinhas e lasque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Corte a ab\u00f3bora ao meio, retire as sementes e as “linhas”, tempere com sal e ramos de tomilho, regue com um fio de azeite e leve ao forno pr\u00e9-aquecido a 200\u00b0 C por 45 min. aprox. (ao mesmo tempo que o bacalhau<\/a>). Retire do forno, retire os ramos de tomilho e, com a ajuda de uma colher de sopa, retire o miolo da ab\u00f3bora (deixando um pouco de ab\u00f3bora junto \u00e0 casca) e esfarele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amole\u00e7a no azeite a cebola picada, acrescente os espinafres, tempere com sal e pimenta preta e deixe amolecer os espinafres. Depois, adicione as lascas de bacalhau e a ab\u00f3bora assada esfarelada e misture.
Recheie as metades de ab\u00f3bora assadas com a mistura, polvilhe com o queijo parmes\u00e3o ralado e leve ao forno para gratinar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
