Creamy Cod and Shrimp Gratin

Ingredients
2 Gourmet Cod Loins Riberalves, ready to cook
250g frozen shrimp (peeled)
1 chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
300g pre-cooked potatoes
200ml béchamel sauce
Olive oil, nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste
Grated cheese for gratin, as needed

Preparation
Thaw the cod in the refrigerator beforehand. Sauté the onion and garlic in a generous drizzle of olive oil. When the onion becomes translucent, add the shrimp.
Boil the potatoes for half the time indicated on the package, cut them in halves and mix them into the sauté to absorb flavour.
Add the béchamel sauce and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Top with grated cheese. Place the cod on top, drizzle with olive oil and pepper, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
