Grilled codfish in good company

A delicious grilled codfish in good company for a nice meal with Riberalves codfish. See the full recipe.

Ingredients

1 kg of deep-frozen soaked cod loins Riberalves
1 cup of olive oil
1 sprig of rosemary
1 sprig of oregano
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 chilli peppers
1 kg of potatoes
3 eggs
1 cup grated Parmasan cheese
2 tablespoons of butter
butter to grease
2 glasses of milk
Salt and pepper
Nutmeg

Preparation

A delicious grilled Codfish in good company for a nice meal. Shall we prepare it?

After the codfish is defrosted, dry it well and brush it on both sides with olive oil, which has been perfumed with the herbs, garlic and chillies. (You can let your imagination run wild.) Season with salt and pepper.

With the grill very hot, start by grilling the codfish on ­the skin side (if the fillets have not been cleaned). When you turn them over, brush the fillets again.

Cook the potatoes in their skins. Once they are ready, peel them and cut them into not very thin slices.

Beat the eggs and add the cheese and milk, salt and nutmeg. Grease a Pyrex with butter, place the potato slices, add the butter and spread the cream over them. Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
