Light Codfish Pizza

Ingredients

250 g deep-frozen shredded codfish Riberalves
8 cherry tomatoes
300 g of bread dough
Green and black olives
oregano
Salt and pepper
Olive oil

Preparation

How about a light codfish pizza, a healthy and quick recipe for dinner, with the best Portuguese cured codfish, Riberalves Codfish.

Heat the oven to 220ºC.

Roll out the dough on a round baking tray, place the shredded codfish on top, the tomatoes cut in half, some olives, oregano, a pinch of salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil and bake in the oven for 20/25 minutes. When it comes out of the oven, you can drizzle with a little more of olive oil.
