Oven-baked codfish with vegetables

How about making some delicious Oven-baked codfish with vegetables for dinner? We’re sure you won’t regret it. Ready to Cook!

Ingredients

2 Riberalves ready-to-cook codfish loins
1 head broccoli, split into florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
200 g cherry tomatoes
1 onion, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
2 potatoes, diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Parsley to taste

Preparation

How about making some delicious Oven-baked codfish with vegetables for dinner? We’re sure you won’t regret it. Riberalves Ready-to-Cook Codfish!

Put all the vegetables into an ovenproof dish and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 ºC, stirring twice during baking.

After 20 minutes add the codfish loins on top of the vegetables and drizzle with a little more olive oil. Bake for another 25 minutes*.

To serve, sprinkle parsley over your Oven-baked codfish with vegetables.

* The time may vary depending on your oven and the thickness of the cod.
