Baked codfish with prawns

6 peeled prawns
3 cloves of garlic
5 c. olive oil soup
black pepper to taste
Powdered Ginger Powder
chopped fresh parsley
To start preparing the baked codfish with prawns, bake the codfish on the grill or in the oven with just a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
Leave to cool and separate into flakes. Set aside.
In a frying pan, sauté the prawns previously seasoned with black pepper, saffron and ginger. Set aside.
Arrange the codfish flakes on a wide plate or platter and place the prawns on top. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
Separately, heat the olive oil in a frying pan with the finely chopped garlic (without burning). Stir constantly.
Once browned and crispy looking, place a little olive oil and a generous dose of prepared garlic on each prawn… et voilà.
