Ingredients
2 Riberalves Ready-to-Cook Codfish Loins
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
Pinch of ginger
Black pepper to taste
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 handfuls unsalted roasted peanuts
2 cloves garlic
Drizzle of olive oil

Preparation

Cook the codfish in water and garlic for about 5 minutes. Drain and flake. Reserve.
Cut the peppers into strips, then drizzle some olive oil into a frying pan and sauté them. Add the coarsely chopped onion. Season with black pepper and the soy sauce and simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
Add the flaked codfish and stir, then add the peanuts just before serving.
