Codfish and Coriander Cake: a recipe that shows how simple, practical and very tasty it can be to eat healthily!

4 eggs
1 plain yogurt
1 Riberalves Ready-to-Cook Codfish Steak
Fresh coriander

Preparation
Codfish and Coriander Cake: a recipe that shows how simple, practical and very tasty it can be to eat healthily!
Beat the whole eggs with the plain yogurt.
Cook and shred the codfish and add it to the egg and yogurt mixture, along with the chopped fresh coriander leaves and stems, to enhance the flavour! Mix well and bake in a silicone cake tin for about 30 minutes at 200 °C.
You can serve your codfish and coriander cake as a main dish, a starter or as a component in a meal of nibbles!
