Codfish Bowl

For the summer, for a sunny Sunday with friends or family. A codfish bowl recipe from Riberalves, by Mariana Abecasis. Ready to Taste Good!

Ingredients

Olive oil
150g cauliflower rice
½ Riberalves cod loin
¼ avocado
2 Tablespoons Corn
2 Tablespoons of soy sprouts
Sesame seeds
Soy sauce
Chives

Preparation

For the summer, for a sunny Sunday with friends or family. A codfish bowl recipe from Riberalves, by Mariana Abecasis.

Cut the frozen codfish into small cubes.

In a non-stick frying pan, with a drizzle of olive oil and salt, add the cauliflower and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the chopped chives and leave to cool.

In a bowl, make a bed with the cauliflower rice and add the codfish, the soybeans, diced avocado and corn.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chives. Season with soy sauce to taste.
