500 g deep-frozen soaked codfish Riberalves
2 dl of olive oil
6 cloves of garlic
12 to 16 pre-cooked cannelloni
4 dl of milk
1 small jar of capers
1 cup grated Parmasan cheese
1/2 liter of «béchamel» sauce
Salt and pepper

In a pan, heat the milk with the chopped garlic until it boils. Separately, shred the codfish and sauté it in olive oil. Add the milk. Season with salt and pepper and cook over a low heat. Add some small capers to the mixture, fill the cannelloni with this mixture and place them side by side on an oven tray.
Cover with the béchamel sauce, sprinkle generously with grated parmesan cheese and bake in the oven for au gratin.
