Ingredients

3 cups of wheat flour
8 eggs
Salt, q.s.
“Brandade de Bacalhau e Aubergine” pasta

Preparation

Simple to prepare and full of flavour: Codfish raviolo with watercress puree. How about preparing it? See here the full recipe!

Sift the flour with the salt and add the whole eggs, one by one, until the dough gains consistency. You can, if you want, use only yolks, doubling the amount of eggs. Roll out the dough until it is thin, and cut small slices (with the help of a plate, cup or wide glass). Fill with the Brandade dough.

Close the dough, gluing the ends tightly together, bake the Codfish Raviolo with watercress puree in salted water and serve with a sauce of your choice. (It tastes fantastic with pesto sauce…)
