Ingredients
2 teaspoon of olive oil
1 minced garlic clove
1 large carrot
4 tablespoons of cooked chickpeas
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
2 teaspoons of hemp seeds
1 tablespoon corn flakes
Preparation
To prepare a delicious codfish with carrot puree and crunchy chickpeas, defrost the codfish loin. Season it with chopped garlic and grill it.
Stir in the chickpeas with a teaspoon of olive oil, the hemp seeds, turmeric and paprika.
Arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper and place in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes (or until cooked and crispy).
Just before the codfish is done, sprinkle it with a mixture of flakes, parsley and a teaspoon of olive oil.
Cook for a few minutes more. Meanwhile, boil the carrot and puree it.
Serve the codfish with the puree and the chickpeas.
